Our Mission & Vision
Northeast’s mission is to make disciples who pursue Jesus fully and love others deeply. Our vision is to bring the gospel to every home in the northeast corner of San Antonio. We’ve seen so many lives at Northeast transformed by the love and salvation of Jesus, and every day brings new opportunities to share His transforming message with others.
That’s the mission He left for us. The question is: will you join us in that mission?
We Worship Together on the Weekends
We believe something incredibly special happens when the body of Christ comes together to worship God, so we gather to worship every Sunday at 9 & 10:30a. Together we are strengthened, encouraged, challenged, and inspired.

We hold worship services every Sunday at 9 & 10:30a in our Worship Center. We also have age-related programming for children aged birth-12th grade. Join us as we praise the Lord and know Him more through His Word!
We hold free guest luncheons, known as “Explore Northeast,” where you can come and learn more about our church, and values, and how you can be part of it. Check registrations to view our next Explore Northeast date!
Every Sunday, Northeast offers age-related childcare and worship programming for our Early Childhood Ministry (birth-Kinder) and Kids Ministry (1st-5th grade). Our kids get to know Jesus through activities and crafts, singing and dancing, Bible stories and memory verses, and much more!
Our Northeast Student Ministry (NESM) is all about having fun, doing it together, and making it matter. Following Christ is our priority, and making memories along the way is what we do. Check out the NESM mobile site below to learn more!
Northeast’s Special Needs Ministry serves children with special needs or children with special circumstances who require some extra support. Stop by our Early Childhood Building (ECM) to talk to us about support for your child, learn more, or volunteer to serve with this ministry.
Our Young Adults Ministry (YAM) welcomes young adults aged 18-28 into Christ-centered community. We gather together regularly for worship, Bible study, and service opportunities as we seek God’s will for our lives.
We Pursue Discipleship in Groups
God has called us to community, so we meet regularly outside of weekend worship for Bible study and fellowship. Life Groups meet as family units, often in someone’s home, and study Scripture that corresponds to our weekend messages. Equip Groups focus on topical studies or offer support for different stages of life. Follow the links below to browse our groups and get connected!
Northeast’s Life Groups are the primary way our church family connects in relationships, grows spiritually, and engages the gospel through multiplication. Life Groups open the door for steady community, Bible study, care networking, and pursuit of the gospel.
Our Equip Groups include Bible studies, topical workshops, and studies for different stages of life. Groups range from Mens’ and Womens’ Bible Studies, support groups, and other Bible classes. Follow the link below to see our full list of Equip Groups!

We Invest in Others through Service
God has uniquely gifted each of us, and we are meant to use our gifts to give back. We have lots of service opportunities to meet needs within the church, and we also serve our community through different outreach initiatives. At the end of the day, we serve because Christ did: He opened the door for His message with acts of kindness, and that’s what we want to do!
We believe in building each other up in love and encouragement through service, and we have lots of opportunities to serve here at the church, from Kids Ministry to Hospitality Team and so many more!
