We want you to be prepared for one of the best weekends of the year! Here are a few thing’s to pack (or not pack) if you’re staying in a host home this weekend!

Here are a few things you should bring with you:

1. BIBLE – BRING ONE WITH ACTUAL PAGES and let us know if you don’t have one
2. SOMETHING for notes – you’ll get a book for the weekend too!
3. Reusable water bottle – bring a bottle to refill throughout the weekend
4. BEDDING – pillow, sleeping bag, AND A SMALL AIR MATTRESS (IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR)
5. TOILETRIES AND A TOWEL – it would stink to forget these…
6. Money to give – we’ll take an offering for compassion international at the retreat. bring cash or use the Winter Retreat mobile site to give
7. CLOTHES THAT WON’T DISTRACT OTHERS – Nothing too short, too tight, or disrespectful for Friday, saturday, and sunday
8. Medication – ANY NECESSARY MEDS FOR THE WEEKEND will be turned in at check-in. please pack only what’s necessary in a ziplock bag
9. SNACKS – TO SHARE WITH YOUR SMALL GROUP! (and your favorite youth pastorS…)

Here are a few things you should NOT bring with you:

1. Headphones – Engage with people, not devices
2. Illegal Drugs – they’re illegal…
3. supplies to prank – be respectful of others so they get the most out of the experience
4. A flying raccoon – could be distracting and maybe even dangerous
5. the wrong attitude – we’re praying you come hungry to grow!
